The Flat Push Type High-Speed Circular Sawing Machine is designed for precision cutting of bars and tubes. Its high rigidity machine body structure ensures minimal vibration even under heavy load, making it ideal for the precise severing of stainless steel, mold steel, ordinary structural steel, aluminum, and copper alloys. An active offset feed (flat-push feed) system prevents surface damage to workpieces while boosting feed accuracy.

At the heart of the unit is a high-rigidity, high-precision spindle gearbox incorporating helical gearing and an anti-backlash mechanism. This assures stable entry of the saw blade, reducing cutting shocks and substantially extending tool life. The machine features a single-button start and a dialog-style touchscreen interface, simplifying setup, enhancing safety, and reducing operator training time.
