The Vertical Band Saw for Metal Steel Plate Sheet Cutting is engineered for precision and efficiency in industrial metalworking applications. Its compact scissor-frame design minimizes floor space while maintaining robust structural integrity. The centralized control panel on the saw frame ensures intuitive operation, enhancing user experience.

Equipped with a stepless mechanical main drive, the saw offers variable feed speeds ranging from 1 to 120 mm/min, allowing for stable low-speed performance. The main drive system utilizes a variable-speed mechanism, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operation. The upper guide arm is electrically controlled, facilitating convenient adjustments. Additionally, the machine features a laser line locator for precise alignment of the cutting path, complemented by a mechanical stop for consistent measurements.

Workpiece clamping is straightforward, and the machine is designed with safety in mind. Both the worktable and control console are equipped with ladders, and protective railings surround the worktable to safeguard operators.
